Will Cummock and Speech Debelle collaborate on this deeply personal stop-motion archive video.

Reaching into the past two years of Speech's archive of photos and videos, and combining a street performance element, each individual frame of this video was printed from an inkjet printer, hand-torn and meticulously assembled into this colourful, lo-fi arrangement. Different elements that at first seem disparate and unconnected blend and connect to form a cohesive narrative that weaves in an out of Speech's performance.

The video feels simultaneously nostalgic and contemporary, cutting perfectly to the track and illustrating the lyrics.
