A year on from his death, and to mark what would have been his 70th birthday on the 8th January, a new EP of David Bowie's final recordings from the Lazarus musical, and a new video for the track No Plan.

The words of the song appear on a bank of TV screens in a London electrical shop, on a dark and rainy night (just like last night in fact) and begins to attract passers-by. Then the screens break up to reveal a rocket leaving Earth, heading for space.
