Jonathan Desbiens - aka Jodeb – has realised perhaps his most ambitious filmic endeavour yet: a twenty-minute long short film in three acts, filmed in Thailand, for Wiwek and Skrillex called Still In The Cage.

Beautifully shot by Kristof Brandl and scored by Wiwek’s The Free and Rebellious EP, the film follows a close group of troubled friends who reach breaking point. When one friend half-jokingly suggests running away to join a rumoured community of free-spirited people, the three women suddenly decide to make a break for it. The trio steal a man's rowboat on the river, thus beginning their perilous journey into the jungle...

The goal: to shake their spirits up and possibly find a new life amongst the tribe. But at at what cost? Are they willing to give up their past lives or even - their past selves?
