Chvrches 'Clearest Blue' by Warren Fu
Warren Fu, that master of style and cinematic polish, delivers a fantastical video for the return of Glasgow's finest electronic trio Chvrches. The video sees vocalist Lauren Mayberry making her way through a dark and atmospheric forest wearing a suit of armour, intercut with a man – first encountered sprawled out on the floor – who struggles through an urban landscape to meet Lauren's halfway.
As with all of Warren's work, this has a great 'classic music video' feel to it but with a deft, modern touch.
