Depicting the story of two adolescent boys' friendship as they go on a road trip from Oxfordhsire to Amsterdam with two fellow girl friends, Johny Mourgue's coming-of-age story for Causes's track To The River focuses on the ambiguous and unconfronted tension between the lads. 

We are presented with a montage of intimate shots implying a romantic nature to the boys' mutual attachment, leading up to angst-ridden - and easily relatable - consequences of suppressed emotion.
