Ruthless Cuts: Clark 'To Live And Die In Grantham'
David Knight - 14th May 2015
Cut+Run's new Promos+Content division has launched Ruthless Cuts, a new BTS series focussing on the creative process behind a music video recently edited at Cut+Run, and talking to some of the people involved in its creation.
In the first video, Sophia Melvin talks to choreographer Holly Blakey and C+R editor Sam Ostrove about their work on the video for Clark's To Live And Die In Grantham, directed by Chris Hewitt at Knucklehead, and featured as as one of Promo News's Videos Of The Month for March 2015.
It's an illuminating discussion, visualized through photography by Jessica Flavin, with great rehearsal footage of the video's charismatic lead actor/dancer Lawrence Harp.
