The elegant and refined visuals and editing in this Wyles & Simpson promo for the soulful duet's Stormy Skies by Kim Taylor is tonally resonant and entirely mesmerising. The hazy refractions of light and the opulent radial glass backdrop to the singers make for a perfectly simple and glamorous video.Â
As Kim explains: "The video explores the nature of the fragile emotional state between melancholy and euphoria, taking cues from the dusky mystery of film-noir to the opulent splendour of art-deco."
