Alice Eve gets to play a very different character from the demure and efficient Carol Marcus from JJ Abrams' Star Trek reboot in the video for Rixton's Hotel Ceiling directed by Clarence Fuller.

This is the story of a passionate relationship, played out in flashback, between Alice and Billy Huxley. There's the full gamut of emotions as the passion boils then kirdles - including utter desperation, as Alice waits for news about her missing lover. And then comes a highly effective final twist in the tale...

"I wanted to take the viewer on a roller-coaster ride of a toxic relationship that I'm sure the majority of us have been in (minus the ending of course). Alice Eve, who played Jane, kills it... literally. She really brought the character to life and was such a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, because it's a music promo, Alice's scenes couldn't play out longer and show more of her incredible ability.

"Opposite Alice was Billy Huxley who also rocked it. For being new to acting, I was extremely impressed with his skills. This won't be the last we'll be seeing of Mr. Huxley I reckon. It was an honour to collaborate with Rixton and team, and not to mention film in London. Overall, fantastic DP, crew, producers and talent."
