24 hours in the life of a modern wage-slave in London...

Liam Saint-Pierre's fast-moving lo-fi video for Ghostpoet's Off Peak Dreams strikes a real chord by getting political, highlighting the money squeeze, the lure of the payday lenders, the continued, possibly ill-advised spending to recover from the everyday grind.

It's the state of the economy at ground level, and very timely as all the evidence suggests that the rich just get richer and the struggle just gets harder for everyone else. A real statement about real life in Britain in this election year.
