Brighton-based director Emma Critchley travelled along the Sussex coast to shoot most of the video for GAPS' Inside Your Head at the Seven Sisters National Park - along the Cuckmere River down to the sea. And very notably, this is a completely aerial journey, following a girl's run down to the beach.

The girl, Vic Lentaigne was filmed via helicam courtesy of Aerosight, and operated by Dean Wynton. Then at the end, we rejoin the girl swimming underwater. The stark contrast is striking.

"As Vic reaches the end of the land, the camera momentarily pauses before plummeting into the sea, where we re-join her in a kaleidoscopic underwater world - the water being representative of entering inside her head," says Emma.
