Rae Morris 'Don't Go' by The Blind Club
From their base in Leeds, The Blind Club are establishing a fine reputation for their own hybrid strain of music film - live music performance, shot with the aesthetic of music video.
Their latest is for the engaging singer-songwriter Rae Morris - filmed at The Kinks' Konk Studio, owned by Kinks' mainman and songwriting god Ray Davies. "The audio is a live recording from the day, and was captured by the great in-house engineer Dougal Lott and all of the lovely old recording equipment they have there," explains The Blind Club's James Rhodes.
