Ethan &amp; Tom direct a fresh take on 90's nostalgia in their promo for tendai.&nbsp;Viewers of a certain vintage will remember the excitement and anticipation that came with the TV rolling into the classroom on a school day. Regardless of what was being played on-screen, the whole proceeding was an event, and the director duo have used this as their central concept in the video for Pressure.&nbsp;Shot in a white cyc studio, the understated action happens around this TV, which loops Ceefax-style graphics, revealing lyrics and thematical callbacks to the track.&nbsp;It has the multiformat, inventive trademark that the directors are known for, and achieves an awful lot on limited resources.&nbsp;

Labi Odebunmi directs a winding showcase of movement, fashion and performance, in his dynamic promo for Ray BLK and Stefflon Don's Over You.&nbsp;The irresistible video takes place at a dance party, where freedom, individuality and community take hold.&nbsp;Mixing an underground aesthetic with glossy, fashion-forward visuals,&nbsp;Odebunmi has created a sensual, passionate performance promo, which puts the focus on the artists and their impressive talents.&nbsp;DoP Henry Gill's high-energy cinematography elevates the concept, bringing the dancefloor experience right to viewers at home.&nbsp;"With this visual I&nbsp;wanted to authentically and unapologetically transport people into the veins of a cultured dance party," says&nbsp;Odebunmi.&nbsp;"I see the song as a sort of pick-me-up, feel-good, older and wiser, post closure party mood track after some sour times - like when you’re finally emotionally free, at peace and can let-loose party on from old grey days."This is Ray's first ever time doing choreography - and kudos to her because she killed it even with tight rehearsals in the midst of her hectic album press week. Big shouts out to choreographer Remi Black who smashed it also. We’ve been a fan of each other's work for some time and i was just itching for the right project for us to lock one in. Soon as the label sent this to me, I knew straight away."&nbsp;

Tom Ringsby directs a lovely&nbsp;multiformat visual for Gabrielle's&nbsp;Sånn Som Deg (Just Like You).&nbsp;Exploring a couple's romance in the midst of lockdown, Ringsby captures a charming and touching series of vignettes, interweaving docu-style interviews with conceptual setups.&nbsp;DoP&nbsp;Henry Gill uses a mixture of wide-angle, VHS-style footage and still image, experimenting with different movement and composition to keep each setup fresh and engaging."Gabrielle wanted a sunny romance video, but as me and my team were locked down in London we couldn't fly to the Norwegian fjords," explains Ringsby. "So we enlisted real couple Lauren and Soul to portray two separated lovers who come together and bring the summer inside during lockdown.&nbsp;Our first shoot since Covid hit, but oddly not my first time directing in a hazmat suit."

JP Cooper reflects on past heartache in Calum Macdiarmid's video for In These Arms.&nbsp;Sat in the front seat of an abandoned car, JP is trapped in a lonely reality reflecting on&nbsp;memories of a better time. His partner sits in the other seat, within touching distance physically but emotionally in a whole separate world.&nbsp;Flashbacks to a better time, where the couple are kissing, embracing and sharing tender moments are intercut with the overwhelming negativity of the present situation.&nbsp;&nbsp;Calum Macdiarmid balances the light and dark of a relationship that, once filled with joy and affection, is beginning to feel loveless and claustrophobic. Building up to a climactic ending, it is both dramatic and affecting, and a beautiful interpretation of the&nbsp;music.&nbsp;

Inside the prison, they are all desperate to link up and reconnect, but the stubborn and brash officers are having none of it.&nbsp;Sampling the legendary&nbsp;R'n'B hit Always on Time by Ashanti &amp; Ja Rule, the bouncy track is a collaboration between some of the biggest names in the genre, and the video reflects this with high production values and a very well executed concept.&nbsp;

That&#39;s an interesting visual device to depict the momentary&nbsp;escape from darkness and misery offered by drug use, and the narrative plays out in a series of short scenes showing how the man&#39;s past seems to be&nbsp;repeating itself, despite his best efforts.&nbsp;
