Wafia celebrates a new chapter in her life in Eugene McMahon's&nbsp;lockdown video for Pick Me.&nbsp;Utilising a block colour background and a variety of self-shot footage, Wafia relaxes into a new way of life, away from worries about men or work. Instead, she is connecting with her friends over video call, hanging out as they each&nbsp;spend their days doing something they love.&nbsp;Like many lockdown videos, the locations and setups are obviously kept to a minimum, given the nature of shooting options right now. That said, each performance feels refreshingly understated and intimate, a nice contrast to the dance-challenge videos that populated our feeds at the start of lockdown.&nbsp;

In Malia James&#39;s&nbsp;short film&nbsp;that uses tracks from her album Blue Lips as the score, Tove Lo&nbsp;and her best friend (played by Ana Coto) head out of town for a weekend of hedonism, after the friend suffers a disappointment in the dating game.With the tang of realism that comes from a combination of improvised dialogue through a series of beautifully shot scenes, the co-written script by James and Lo explores the pair&#39;s relationship &quot;in a sexually fluid and post-feminist world&quot;, soundtracked by songs from the album.

This delightful video for&nbsp;Chicano singer-songwriter Cuco explores the lives and loves of the people in Cuco&#39;s neighbourhood in LA - with the help of&nbsp;Mariachi Lindas Mexicanas, an all-female traditional mariachi group.Kinoproavda turn the video for&nbsp;Amor De Siempre into a multi-layered tapestry of characters, the complexities of their love lives (past and present) adorned with art - mainly in the form of adorably quirky stitched messages and symbols on articles of clothing (who did this?) and tattoos that are so great that even an anti-tattoo person may want to get one - with Cuco and his mariachi band often in close attendance.&nbsp;It&#39;s all done with a lightness of touch that perfectly suits the charming Cuco and his music. Fabulous.
