Youness Benali &ndash; formerly known as You Ness &ndash; has now moved to The Sweet Shop in London, and has just made his first music video at his new home for fellow London-based Swedes, the hip-hop outfit HEL.&nbsp;It&#39;s a modern, stripped-back and graphic take on the hip-hop performance promo. And alternative imagery in the video for Boddle. In fact, it&#39;s an eyepopping&nbsp;redefinition of the &#39;bling and bitches&#39; hip-hop aesthetic.Youness arrives at The Sweet Shop having been previously represented by Skin Flicks (which has now closed its doors). He studied at Central St Martins in London, where he&nbsp;was commended at the D&amp;AD New Blood Awards, and then the Royal College of Art, where he picked up a camera and started directing. His video for&nbsp;for Drums of Death was nominated for Best Dance Video at the UK Music Video Awards.

It&#39;s urban, it&#39;s East London and it&#39;s&nbsp;black and white - but the Drums Of Death video for True, directed by YouNess, isn&#39;t just ticking boxes on the way to telling some gritty drama.&nbsp;First of all, there&#39;s the beautiful Yasmin &ndash; vocalist on the track and the star of the show. You Ness&#39;s&nbsp;camera captures her and a couple of dancers in various settings, to create an uplifting&nbsp;performance-doc piece that reflects something certainly true: that British dance music is having a bit of a moment this summer.&nbsp;And the young Moroccan-Swedish director, who graduated from RCA in London&nbsp;last year, is also making his mark. The fourth video in Sigur Rós's ongoing Valtari Mystery Film Experiment - the project where various filmmakers were given an open brief to make a video for a song from the new album - is by the band's longtime collaborators and fellow countrymen Arni and Kinski. 
Arni and Kinski have directed some of Sigur Rós's greatest videos, including Viðrar vel til Loftárása, Glósóli and Gobbledigook. And in this piece for Rembihnútur, they have made a very personal piece of work, reflecting their own dedication to the power of meditation. It's a series of portraits of people of all ages, all meditating, evidently as part of their daily life. Simply and beatifully shot, the effect is cumulatively thought-provoking and moving. And it works beautifully with Sigur Rós's music. 
Arni and Kinski have released this statement to accompany the video for Rembihnútur: "The much needed changes in the world will happen through changes within each and every one of us. We all want and need love. This film is a celebration of Sigur Rós's music and the benefit it is having in the elevation of consciousness that is happening with humankind. People are finding strength in love, care, and respect for themselves, each other, and the world we live in.
"For the last twelve years meditation has been a way of life for us. Going within, releasing emotions, moving through negativity, judgment, discouragement, and the fears that are so often in the mind. Being able to move from the mind into the heart. This is what the music of Sigur Rós helps us to do and we use it as a tool in our meditation. 
"In meditation we are able to feel and move through our emotions allowing us to drop deeper within our hearts. From this depth of heart we are finding more acceptance, compassion, love, gratitude, passion, clarity, intuitive thinking and much much more. Essentially more evidence that Tobias - whose piece de resistance for Radiohead's Weird Fishes/Arpeggi was shown at the Odeon Leicester Square on Tuesday (November 29th) as part of BUG's Radiohead special - is a completely individual and extraordinary filmmaker.

Dynamic Icelandic duo Arni + Kinski return to music video to take Florence's new pre-Raphaelite look and give it a quasi-1930s makeover for Florence + The Machine's No Light No Light. 
It sees Florence being hounded by a 'neon pink voodoo gremlin', while teetering on the edge of a New York skyscraper, while a choir sings in a cathedral below.
Shot mainly in West London at St Augustine's Church on Kilburn High Road, the epic and dramatic theme matches the equally dramatic pounding soundtrack.

Very cool and decidedly sexy showcase for the disco-house stylings of Ben Westbeech's Something For The Weekend, directed by George Tsioutsias. Ben starts out on his last legs but gets an unforgettable pick-me-up, courtesy of two equally gorgeous females - and never leaves his bed. 
"It was fun to shoot," says George. "My main concern was that I didn't want this look forced and wanted to make sure that the girls are exactly right for this. They had to look beautiful and sexy in a casual, non-contrived way and bring the best out of Ben without overpowering his presence in the video.
"Part of the challenge was to get our love triangle to feel relaxed with each other, given that they all met for the first time on the day of the shoot. And the best way to achieve that was simply by knocking back a couple of pints. Even though this is not the most orthodox way of working, it definitely helped the performances look more authentic, especially when it comes to the final party scene under the sheets, where Ben sprays the girls with champagne.
"Doing this for Strictly was pure pleasure as it was one of my favourite labels when I was growing up and first started buying records."

And yes, that is Jaime Winston under the wig(s). "I really wanted to show an abstract interpretation of raving through this slave to the rave style homage video," says Zaiba. "I drew inspiration from Robert Lepage with in camera projections correlating with Jaime's performance and mood, it practically worked as a one take, but I decided to make it more music video with the cut."
