Phoebe Dowling's latest video for Scarlet portrays the singer&nbsp;in a symbolic rise from the ashes of lost love.&nbsp;The video for New Space -&nbsp;the penultimate single from Scarlet's upcoming EP&nbsp;Glorified Daydreams - explores the bittersweet beauty of rebirth through scenes where she emerges from shimmering water, bathed in radiant light.&nbsp;Following the video for <a href="https://www.promonews.tv/videos/2024/11/20/scarlet-dyga-phoebe-dowling/89095" target="_blank">DYGA</a>, Dowling's previous promo for Scarlet, it's a passion project crafted on a shoestring budget. The pool - bought online and situated in Scarlet's own back garden - becomes the otherworldly altar of the artist's transformation. Proof that magic can be conjured from a little bit of resourcefulness and passion.
