The third in Dylan Hayes' trilogy of videos&nbsp;for Chris Clark's tenth album Sus Dog&nbsp;visualises the sonic chemistry that the electronic artist achieves with guest collaborator&nbsp;Thom Yorke on Medicine.&nbsp;Bringing the textural feel of his previous videos for the album, for Clutch Pearlers and Dolgoch Tape, Hayes features Clark and Yorke in performance separately, then brings them together so they appear to briefly merge, via the craft of editing and the clever use of state of the art tech.&nbsp;“Chris and I have always bonded over a common endeavour to conceal the digital," says Hayes. "This is interesting considering we’re using a very digital medium as an element for ‘Medicine’ - deepfake.&nbsp;"I was intrigued in using AI in a way that remained subtle. Typically, when deepfake or another AI element is employed, it is the main focus whereas for Medicine I wanted to bury the effect and layer it with additional textures, making it just one of the many components. Through the use of the technology Chris and Thom’s characteristics merge, which creates an uncanny synergy of both their faces and voices, causing a question of who’s who and a theme of the malleability of their voices."I wanted a shift of tone for Medicine. In Clutch Pearlers and Dolgoch Tape there were strong singular themes. For Medicine I wanted to adopt a complexity, looking at the degradation of the body and location with a heavy influence of Kafka’s Metamorphosis&nbsp;and Stan Brakhage’s Mothlight&nbsp;short film. As a trilogy they are held together by location and character forming."

Jacek Zmarz directs a dreamlike promo for Chartreuse, which&nbsp;sees a handful of characters each wrapped in their own mini narratives, wondering around a mysterious forest. .&nbsp;The video for Switch It On, Switch It Off is built around the central image of a parachutist who hasn't quite stuck his landing,&nbsp; presented as an interwoven montage of surreal dreamscapes, connected by a sense of whimsical wonder.&nbsp;"The video is inspired mainly by some Tarkovsky films and a little cottage that I visited a couple times as a kid," Zmarz mentions. "The image of the parachute diver was always there for me when listening to the song, and him getting carried away became the central point on which we built the rest of the video."I love the song's musical fluctuations and lyrics that sometimes felt like an internal monologue, and I wanted the video to feel like an exploration of these types of private and tender moments, things that can run away in your head until something happens in the real world and snaps you out of it."

Try to&nbsp;visually capture the intensity of recording such a powerful and what feels like a personal piece of music. Using light, we were trying to visually claw at the song's central themes, with silhouettes and shadows creating a multi-faceted space for echoes of the word 'black'."&nbsp;

Owain E. Morgan creates a nostalgic throwback promo for Pinty and his self-titled new track.&nbsp;"This track is Pinty's theme tune,&nbsp;so I treated it a bit like a TV intro for the snazzy, blue-suited MC," says Morgan.&nbsp;"We took visual cues from Sensual Seduction and Park Life, but added&nbsp;some bombastic typography and animation into the mix to further bring Pinty’s oh so playful personality to the forefront."&nbsp;The resulting video is a clash of VHS textures, multiformat animation and lo-fi greenscreen fun, which perfectly suits the artist's dynamic style.&nbsp;

Hugh Rochfort's video for punk-jazz combo&nbsp;Melt Yourself Down is a frenzied and euphoric examination of society's outcasts and their refuges.Though all vastly different, the characters share an internalised claustrophobia, which is brought to light as they're not&nbsp;able to satisfy their natural desires, and their need to belong. They are consciously or unconsciously trying to shield their own spleen from the societal 'Boot'.Colourful and wacky, the video is relentlessly frenetic courtesy of the quickfire edit by Greg Hayes, allowing just enough time to catch your breath before it goes somewhere even wilder than before. The extensive use of closeups helps to portray the feeling of claustrophobia, the unusual camera angles adds to disorienting effect - pretty much perfect for the&nbsp;uncompromising Boot And Spleen.&nbsp;
