Raja Virdi explores the thin line between good and bad for the big&nbsp;team-up of Marshmello, Mae Muller and Trippie Redd.&nbsp;The video for American Psycho takes place in a series of stylish custom-built sets, with a red and white colour scheme which represents the dichotomy of a toxic relationship.&nbsp;Muller and Redd thrive in their unique setups, and Virdi's use of dynamic transitions, animated elements and rhythmic editing keeps the video constantly engaging.[imgtoken data:1]"It was such a pleasure to direct this promo," says Virdi. "I'd been wanting to do a concept like this for a while and glad it fit the song so well. I love the themes of duality, and seeing the difference performance states of Mae between the red toxic sets and the white angelic sets."I really wanted to move the camera seamlessly between the spaces, keeping the visual constantly engaging with how we reveal new moments."Collaborating with my regular DOP Pieter Snyman and the insanely talented production designer Sarah Asmail&nbsp;ensured we found the rhythm for the piece and how best to give each space a unique feel for each artist on the song.[imgtoken data:2]"The turnaround was immense for this one with needing to shoot and deliver all within a week. But thanks to an insanely talented crew, we just about got there&nbsp;- albeit with little to no sleep, lol. Noel Paul directs an ethereal promo for British pop duo Let's Eat Grandma, for their very timely new release, Happy New Year.&nbsp;Taking place in an indoor tennis court, we see the duo - made up of&nbsp;Rosa Walton and Jenny Hollingworth - face off in a tennis match, intermittently exchanging lines of the track between serves.&nbsp;There is a surreality to the concept, as balls hover mid-air, waiting to be hit, and the pair's bodies seem to ragdoll with every strike.&nbsp;There is also a certain level of apathy to the girls' performances - until they&nbsp;reconnect, start smashing their rackets and appear on an outdoor court, under a parade of fireworks.&nbsp;The abstract concept perfectly suits the spacey&nbsp;soundscapes of the track, aesthetically reminiscent of a parallel universe where things don't&nbsp;make sense, but are absolutely mesmerising to watch and experience.&nbsp;

Lily Rose Thomas directs a strongly relatable promo for Bessie Turner's Rushing.&nbsp;In contrast to the title of the track, the first three-quarters of the video is captured in a handful of lingering slow-zooms, with Turner placed at different positions in her flat. The mood is one of someone atuck inside, filling time, and becoming steadily more&nbsp;stir crazy.But then it jumps into a frenzied climax, where the camera is let loose and the artist's performance becomes suitably untethered. Romanian&nbsp;industrial-rock musician Taurian is forced to confront his most painful demons, in&nbsp;Sebastian Ziabka's thrilling promo for Guilt.&nbsp;The concept presents a whirlwind of frenetic setups, intercutting between a nightmarish vision of the artist covered in SFX cuts and wounds, and showing him deep in catharsis inside his motel room, working out his anger and grief.The striking colour schemes of vibrant orange and cold blue&nbsp;helps separate the fantasy from reality - though the lines are very much blurred throughout - and DoP&nbsp;Brendan Harvey matches the antagonistic vibe of the track with hyperactive camera movements and experimental perspectives.&nbsp;
