Polish-German director Aldona Kwiatowski makes a notable music video debut for this track from Elderbrook's debut album. It's a story of a brief encounter, featuring&nbsp;Charly Clive and Tamica Thompson.The video for Numb&nbsp;explores the introspectiveness of feeling alone,&nbsp;and the delight of friendship - which turns out to&nbsp;be fleeting, or at least temporary.Clive's character is distinctly alone,&nbsp;as she prepares for a night out, and then walks through the streets of Shoreditch. But then something happens when she connects with another woman, and develops a non-verbal bond, through dance. It's a charming device to demonstrate the growing&nbsp;chemistry between them, delicately handled by&nbsp;Kwiatowski.&nbsp;And there is room to explore the possible history of the relationship, which has a poignant ending.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;

Preparation for Dawn Shadforth&#39;s video for Fat White Family side project The Moonlandingz, featuring Rebecca Taylor from Slow Club, apparently&nbsp;involved lead singer Johnny Rocket (aka FWF&#39;s Lias Saoudi)&nbsp;staying up for five days before the shoot. Then he attached fried eggs to his nipples with clingfilm.His co-star Rebecca is not dressed quite as imaginatively, but looks like she&#39;s been up for a few days herself. She and Lias project a kind of uneasy chemistry that bring to mind Uma Thurman and John Travolta dancing to Chuck Berry in Pulp Fiction. If they had been&nbsp;in&nbsp;a Chinese restaurant cum karaoke bar in Dalston in the middle of a bender, that is.&nbsp;&nbsp;It was shot on film by esteemed DoP Robbie Ryan, who&#39;s recent feature work includes American Honey and I, Daniel Blake. But you just don&#39;t get to do this sort of thing working with&nbsp;Ken Loach.

Starting, and finishing, with&nbsp;Thomas Turgoose of&nbsp;This Is England fame, Tom Beard's compulsive video for Saint Raymond's Come Back To You sets out to prove that all human life, and all type of activity, is there on&nbsp;the back of a cab on a long Friday night in Manchester.With DoP Tim Sidell's&nbsp;16mm&nbsp;camera trained on the back seat, the video features a host of mostly young taxi passengers - some cast in advance, others plucked from the general public on the night&nbsp;– and Raymond himself. Various story strands are developed, but we keep returning to Turgoose's own drama, which involves a large cardboard box and a envelope full of cash...
