Three boys get summoned to Blu DeTiger's&nbsp;world of funk and&nbsp;groove, in&nbsp;Kevin Lombardo's nostalgic promo for Vintage.&nbsp;Built around a vibrant, energetic performance setup, the video shows three men casually walking down New York streets, before happening upon a large piece of chalk.They are all inspired to draw a square - matching the platform DeTiger is standing on in the other setup - and are suddenly transported to be a part of the fun.It's a&nbsp;charming promo which highlights Blu's talent as both a vocalist and bassist, and a refreshingly understated perspective of the Big Apple.&nbsp;

Colin Read directs an impressive concept tackling migration, displacement and family separation in the video for Australian artist Mild Minds.&nbsp;Introducing a fresh perspective, built around clever visual effects and subtle tricks, we see a father&nbsp;and daughter (played by&nbsp;real father and daughter actors, Alberto and Ana) looking to escape the streets, desperately searching for a way out.Visually stunning, the camera starts to track right to left and breaks through to a different setup, as the boundaries of each scene start to bleed into each other, different locations and worlds colliding in tandem with the narrative.&nbsp;Creative and unique, the inspired use of layers as a metaphor for borders and a top-notch edit help make this one of the standout videos of the year so far.&nbsp;
