Taisia Deeva directs a sci-fi inspired promo for Dynoro's Monsters, featuring 24kgoldn.&nbsp;Shot by separate units in Kiev and the US, the video features children cowering in terror, hiding&nbsp;from the unknown, only to be transported to a futuristic corridor where their anxieties are personified as a shrouded monster. By grouping together, they transcend their circumstances to become stronger than they could ever imagine.The resulting visual&nbsp;is impactful and poignant, and beautifully realised by the creative teams in both locations - the art direction and cinematography balance futurism with a dark, contemporary aesthetic, whilst the styling and monster effects lend&nbsp;a surreal fantasy to the concept.&nbsp;

Taisia Deeva follows up her stunning promo for Paul Kalkbrenner's&nbsp;<a href="https://www.promonews.tv/videos/2020/05/20/paul-kalkbrenner-part-twelve-taisia-deeva/64861">Part Twelve</a>&nbsp;with another superlative video for the German producer.&nbsp;The concept for Parachute opens with a young boy, who after being taunted and roughed up by local teens, transcends his dead-end reality and floats to a meditative space of healing and communal friendship.&nbsp;Before long, characters in a complex of brutalist houses launch out of windows, swim through the air and experience an otherworldly miracle, in a set piece crescendo that ends on a cautiously optimistic note.&nbsp;"Parachute&nbsp;is a slice of surrealist optimism set within a brutalist Kiev housing complex," explains&nbsp;Taisia Deeva.&nbsp;"In the&nbsp;visual, we see characters literally fly through the air, suspended hundreds of feet high, swim-up stairways, and jump out of 30 storey windows."The push and pull between otherworldly fantasy and stark backdrops explore the oscillating moods of hope and despair that the world has cycled through in 2020, and, above all, our continued desire for human connection."

Taisia Deeva has directed a very stylish, choreography and VFX-based video&nbsp;for SAINt JHN, depicting an allegory of some key experiences that individuals go&nbsp;through whilst&nbsp;being a part of society.A lone figure is suspended over a large structure, floating as if frozen in time, before dropping into the building below. He lands in a white spotlight to the first beat of the track&nbsp;and realises he is not alone, as he sees glowing eyes staring at him from the darkness. Before long he is surrounded by dancers in black clothing and intricate geometric makeup, as they confront him through movement. The spotlight then becomes a&nbsp;ring for their dance battle, surveyed by an ominous masked figure who has control over the dancers.After their dance the protagonist remains&nbsp;the last one standing, undefeated against the odds - until he is&nbsp;confronted&nbsp;by a group of&nbsp;female dancers with the same intimidating aura...The stunning visual effects, made by VFX Headquarters, are key to creating the dystopian futuristic set up, as well as the striking use of lights and camera movement, both controlled by&nbsp;the rhythm of the track.

Taisia Deeva explores the battle lines between religion and freedom of expression in the dramatic video for Lithuanian DJ/producer Dynoro.&nbsp;Shot in Ukraine, the visual introduces a young guy - played by Eugene Kaprelov - who&nbsp;has&nbsp;bright pink hair, is covered in tattoos and wears a DIY graffiti print jacket. In stark contrast to the traditional architecture and dress code of the locals, Kaprelov is rebellious and audacious, and lives life against the grain.&nbsp;It&nbsp;is revealed that his father is a local priest and&nbsp;Kaprelov was once on the&nbsp;way to follow in his footsteps, and the resulting conflict becomes evident and plays out in dramatic fashion.&nbsp;DoP&nbsp;Vadim Ilkov utilises juxtaposition to build upon this theme - the cold minimalism of the bedroom against&nbsp;the overwhelming cacophony of architecture outside, the palatial church set against dozens of dull tower blocks. These opposites represent the push-pull nature of society as a whole, where tolerance is always fighting against hate and outdated world views.Incidentally, when Zver&nbsp;was presented to Sony Music Russia, it was made&nbsp;clear that it could not&nbsp;be shown in the territory, as it would violate&nbsp;Russian criminal law (Article 148 - Violation of Right to Freedom of Conscience and Religion)&nbsp;so Sony had to geoblock the video on all the platforms to avoid possible prosecution.
