Michael Hili has created an extraordinary visual to accompany Flume's Say Nothing.From the first to last, it's a bombardment of outlandish imagery, like a richly textured fever dream, which broadly focusses upon Flume as a motorcycle rider, in various sumptuous set-ups, and a range of ideas from the animated internal workings of a face, to the projection of living faces onto sculptures.&nbsp;It's all sumptuously colourful, and beautifully composed. As the motorcyclist lies in earth, surrounded by tropical birds, it begs the question - what does it all mean? &nbsp;

Cameron Busby helms a disorientating, VFX-fired trip into Belly's psyche for Requiem.Busby plays off the 'requiem for a dream' line in the track to create what he calls a "surreal missed connection played out in Belly's head," with&nbsp;the elusive quality of a dream.The camera swirls around Belly as he performs, and in an encounter with a girl which represents that connection that's not quite made. Performance elements are captured in restless sequences, from the harsh black and white spotlight that fixes on both Belly and featured artist Nav, to the split-screen shots drenched in psychedelic-bright colour.With&nbsp;his off-kilter, dreamlike&nbsp;approach, Busby&nbsp;puts a distinctive twist on the classic R&amp;B performance video.

Danica Arias Kleinknecht directs a breezy dance promo&nbsp;for Kito, Zhu and Jeremih.&nbsp;The video for Follow observes an eclectic handful of dancers - including Caleb Bonney and Stephen Ojo from Beyoncé's Black Is King film - as they traverse the grungier side of NYC, performing in tunnels, overpasses and anywhere that inspires them on the way.&nbsp;Beautifully shot by DoP&nbsp;Patrick Golan, the grittier aesthetic and heavy use of contrast&nbsp;is a step away from usual dance films, which often prefer soft lighting and landmark locations. The choice to flip this concept on its head is an inspired one, and makes for a brilliant visual.&nbsp;

Brian Petchers employs a multitude of simple, effective VFX, and both 2D and 3D&nbsp;animation to take his uplifting video for Quinn XCII and Logic to the next level.The New York-based director helmed the video remotely, and has managed to capture both artists in their sunny, cinematic&nbsp;locales in 'golden hour' light. While the 2D animation also provides useful cover for guest artist Logic's non-lipsync appearance.

Baltimore-based director Alonzo Hellerbach creates an impressionistic patchwork of ordinary life in his hometown for Jurdan Bryant.Employing mixed visual media - film in colour and monochrome, and photography - as well as&nbsp;sound design, Hellerbach builds an inspiring insight into the world of a closely knit community. It's authentic, but he's also not afraid to experiment with visual ideas (and the use of silence) to defy expectations.&nbsp;The purpose is to honour the memory of Thomas, a friend of Bryant who passed away, and the subject of the track. In&nbsp;doing this it displays the distinctive aesthetic. A&nbsp;new director to look out for.&nbsp;

Lennox moves wistfully, seeking to enchant her busy partner whose eyes have settled on the glare of his laptop screen instead of her moves.Natural hair offer a means of scene transportation, with the camera zooming in to dark fade haircuts and kinky curls to enter in and out of a dreamy existence. In this alternate plane, the walls are covered in&nbsp;chocolate and the brown tones, like that of the "skin of the dancing vixens" glistening&nbsp;in the dim light.&nbsp;

Chaz Bundick, better known as Toro Y Moi, has teamed up with identical twin jazz duo The Mattson 2 for Star Stuff, and Harry Israelson, who helmed last year&#39;s Toro Y Moi: Live from Trona is back as the video&#39;s director.Set between a bowling alley and an infinite world of orange-peach hues, the surreal and psychedelic video has a hypnotic pacing that is bizarrely soothing to watch. With quirky character moments played against a cool performance and pitch-perfect colours, the clip goes more for a &#39;feeling&#39; than a narrative, although it&#39;s a feeling that quite difficult to name.

What starts off as a heavily&nbsp;atmospheric, neon-drenched&nbsp;performance video for New Jersey artist Topaz Jones, captured in dreamy spiral movements, turns into a decidedly trippy and&nbsp;thought-provoking piece of work&nbsp;by director duo Rubberband aka Simon Davis and&nbsp;Jason Filmore Sondock.Starting out with a studio shoot in which Topaz finds himself in a bright pink tanning bed, then&nbsp;tied up to bright yellow balloons, musing upon a love interest who&nbsp;keeps him at arm&#39;s distance.&nbsp;That is&nbsp;until he spots a crew member holding a fan&nbsp;and&nbsp;realises he is in a music video. Disoriented, he walks off set and gets into his car, with the distant girl in question never far away from his thoughts...

Here&#39;s a far-out&nbsp;slice of anacronistic wackiness&nbsp;for Canadian artist Aidan Knight&#39;s All Clear, by regular collaborators&nbsp;William Wilkinson and&nbsp;OPD Brooks, aka&nbsp;Ft. Langley.&nbsp;The video transports&nbsp;us back to the 1970s, and the era&nbsp;of radical and&nbsp;experimental&nbsp;psychotherapy,&nbsp;with Knight as a sullen young man at a party who gets&nbsp;propositioned&nbsp;to take part in &#39;realm therapy&#39;&nbsp;by a&nbsp;persuasive&nbsp;stranger&nbsp;sporting peculiar facial hair.&nbsp;&nbsp;The atmospheric clip takes a bizarre turn when the young man visits the&nbsp;stranger&#39;s&nbsp;clinic,&nbsp;and after some preliminary testing, is installed into a completely&nbsp;dark room. Moments later,&nbsp;he&nbsp;finds himself in an&nbsp;80s graphics infused&nbsp;trip, with hyper-colourful backup dancers and an Aztec tower that emerges out of nowhere. Can you dig it? We can...&nbsp;&nbsp;

Playing off the lyrics of the song, Anthony Sylvester&nbsp;has used a simple yet effective method to interpret&nbsp;Shamir's Darker. With a performance in beautiful&nbsp;desert landscape, apparently at night, the sudden transformation to daylight reveals that 'darkness' came courtesy of&nbsp;a dark blue filter.&nbsp;&nbsp;A dramatic and succinct way to alternate between night and day. And the filter is a shade of ultramarine blue which creates quite a mesmerising and resonant aesthetic effect.
