Raja Virdi explores the thin line between good and bad for the big&nbsp;team-up of Marshmello, Mae Muller and Trippie Redd.&nbsp;The video for American Psycho takes place in a series of stylish custom-built sets, with a red and white colour scheme which represents the dichotomy of a toxic relationship.&nbsp;Muller and Redd thrive in their unique setups, and Virdi's use of dynamic transitions, animated elements and rhythmic editing keeps the video constantly engaging.[imgtoken data:1]"It was such a pleasure to direct this promo," says Virdi. "I'd been wanting to do a concept like this for a while and glad it fit the song so well. I love the themes of duality, and seeing the difference performance states of Mae between the red toxic sets and the white angelic sets."I really wanted to move the camera seamlessly between the spaces, keeping the visual constantly engaging with how we reveal new moments."Collaborating with my regular DOP Pieter Snyman and the insanely talented production designer Sarah Asmail&nbsp;ensured we found the rhythm for the piece and how best to give each space a unique feel for each artist on the song.[imgtoken data:2]"The turnaround was immense for this one with needing to shoot and deliver all within a week. But thanks to an insanely talented crew, we just about got there&nbsp;- albeit with little to no sleep, lol. Big ups to to my constant producers Joseph J Goldman and Greg Smith for pulling this one out of the bag - and MVP 1st AD Tom Kelly who made a crazy tight schedule work without compromise. Marshmello, Mae Muller, Trippie Redd - American Psycho

Eden is vaporwave-dreaming in Projector, the latest video for the artist directed by Zhang + Knight.&nbsp;Opening in a beautiful, minimalist apartment, a slow camera movement reveals the artist sitting on a bed, washed in a rainbow of warm light. Jumping up&nbsp;and into the next room, the space is a maze of pastel colour, open plan architecture and vaporwave inspired design.As he leaves the building, the surreal sky envelopes Eden, encouraging him to move in a trance-like state, exploring the limitations of the environment and his own body.&nbsp;The space feels very much alive and almost like a character in itself, and the laser sharp focus on design and aesthetic is a perfect pairing to the track. Soft and dreamy, Zhang + Knight have created a universe that is calm and meditative, and Eden is a worthy inhabitant of that space.&nbsp;

Anna Ginsburg has directed this lovely, beautifully rendered&nbsp;animation for&nbsp;Steve Mason&#39;s&nbsp;Planet Size.Animated by&nbsp;Loup Blaster, Toby Mortimer and Ginsburg herself, we&#39;re invited into a world&nbsp;of colourful mushroom-headed figures living in a land of never-ending escalators and geometric shapes. One of the figures manages to break&nbsp;free from the monotony of his gridded world, and rediscovers the beauty of the universe above him - which takes it cue from the art of&nbsp;Joan Miró.
