Sammy Rawal's feelgood video for Armand Van Helden &amp; Riva Starr's Step It Up&nbsp;tells the tale of a roller skater&nbsp;who multiplies into hundreds of identical clones as she skates blissfully amidst aqua blue skies.Opening with the character floating above the camera, weightlessly gliding through the air, the concept experiments with playful visual effects, resulting in a kaleidoscopic storm of chaos.&nbsp;As the ever-increasing clones of skater Olivia Brownell&nbsp;start to dance in surreal unison, DoP&nbsp;Michael Leblanc's perpetually moving camera adds to the effect.&nbsp;The track’s vocalist Sharlene Hector also makes an appearance, singing along to her soaring vocals, in a video which combines live action and VFX in a way that&nbsp;pays homage to dance&nbsp;videos of the Nineties and Noughties, whilst looking forward with a fresh perspective.&nbsp;

Chris Saunders celebrates a decade of Little Dragon in the video for Where You Belong.&nbsp;Utilising over ten years of documentation, shot by the band and filmmaker Pether Lindgren, the footage was collected and curated over a two month period, and edited during the restrictions of lockdown.&nbsp;Spanning a multitude of memories and snapshots of everyday moments, the visual is interweaved with a new live performance, that was remotely directed by Saunders.&nbsp;The edit style is high-energy and colourful, layering footage in quirky and unique ways. A spattering of lo-fi VFX and rotoscoping creates an artistic and abstract aesthetic, that works perfectly within the celebratory concept. It's intended to feel fragmented, as if within the mind's eye of the band members, and takes us through a visceral replay of Little Dragon's story and memories.

Tash Tung&#39;s&nbsp;<a href="http://www.promonews.tv/videos/2016/07/08/kloe-udsm-tash-tung" target="_blank">video for KLOE&#39;s UDSM</a>&nbsp;presented a believable teenage nightmare, where heartbreak becomes the catalyst for the singer&#39;s excessive and increasingly wild behaviour. Now comes the sequel, and KLOE&#39;s full descent into a relentless, nihilistic cycle of drink, drugs and sex.It&#39;s hard-hitting stuff for a pop video, where some conventional pop vid scenarios, usually played for pleasure, are turned dark, partly down to their relentless repetition. It&#39;s helped greatly by Rina Yang&#39;s impressive camerawork, delivering oppressive neon-drenched colours in every scene.&nbsp;Kloe is a very&nbsp;credible focus in all this, lured to ever-harder partying.&nbsp;&quot;Liability is the song that sums me up as a person best,&quot; she has said. &quot;I wrote it last year at a time when I was rebounding quite frequently, desperately trying to run away from any emotion. I didn&#39;t want to feel anything... the video represents complete self-destruction.&nbsp;The UDSM and Liability videos are my proudest achievements to date.&quot;

Chris Turner - aka Favourite Colour: Black - gets together with his former assistant, and now up-and-coming director&nbsp;Tash Tung co-direct this surreal,&nbsp;disorientating video for electronic trio Wrangler, led by Stephen Mallinder, former frontman of Cabaret Voltaire, fearless synth and music video pioneers of the early 80s.Here Mallinder unhoods himself in a deserted place, and uncovers an unlikely&nbsp;murder scene, and a journey that leads disconcertingly back to its start.&nbsp;&ldquo;I never like music to have a single diagnosis, it should be what we each want to see and hear,&quot; says Mallinder. &quot;So it was fascinating to see how Chris and Tash&rsquo;s ideas and imagery in the video resonated with mine, and how the film worked so well with our music.&quot;&nbsp;The video was shot in Dungeness in Kent, and Mallinder continues: &quot;Also we all agreed it would be good to have a nod-of-the-head to the early Cabs videos I made with Peter Care, always walking and with me wearing - in this case rather disturbingly - eye make-up. I feel I am quite terrifying in the film which feeds into the unsettling nature of the track.&nbsp;And it was filmed in both Chris, and my, favourite place in England.&quot;

At first it looks like KLOE is having a great&nbsp;time on a big&nbsp;night out, but first impressions are deceiving in this hyper-colourful video for UDSM,&nbsp;directed by Tash Tung.After seeing her ex at a club with another girl, KLOE tries to drown her sorrows and force out a good time with the Great British cocktail of drink, drugs and fast food. It&#39;s a gorgeous haze of contrasting colours courtesy of DoP Rina Yang and, of course, it all ends in tears and vomit, as KLOE reconciles that it&#39;s probably quite a futile thing to put your emotions at bay with booze.I wouldn&#39;t be too upset though. He&#39;s wearing a Hawaiian shirt, so he&#39;s probably a terrible person...

In this lovely and intriguing accompaniment for Hammock&rsquo;s Tornado Warning, Chicago-based director Ivan Villafuerte documents a momentous scene of urban life; the Chicago fire department effectively turn a city building into a block of ice&hellip;
&ldquo;I had liked Hammock&rsquo;s music for a while and James Covill at Hungryman in London managed to get me in to shoot their next video,&rdquo; Ivan explains. &ldquo;Late last January, a large fire erupted in a vacant warehouse not far from where I live in Chicago. For two days, I filmed the action (in the guise of a photo journalist), as firefighters battled to control the fire that in the process created a thick layer of ice over the brick facade of the building, from as many angles as I could access before being told to leave.
&ldquo;The scene was, apart from impressive, somewhat melancholic as here was one building of many in a row of long vacant, anonymous, and undisturbed relics of an economically buoyant era, and there it was naked and exposed in the throws of utter destruction by both fire and ice in the dead of winter. It instantly became the centerpiece for my visual accompaniment to Hammock&rsquo;s soaring track.
&ldquo;I met Carlos Lowenstein at the Whitehouse Editors here in Chicago who offered key advice regarding the pace and style of the edit and between us we created the struture of the edit. The video was shot with a 5D2 in natural light.&rdquo;
