Greentea Peng meditates on human nature, and a tumultuous year, in a perpetually-moving rollercoaster of a concept for Revolution devised by Melody Maker.&nbsp;Shot in Ridley Road market in Dalston, East London, the charismatic singer-songwriter delivers an absorbing performance and&nbsp;optimistic call to arms.&nbsp;Through the use of a motion control rig - operated by DoP Thomas English -&nbsp;the Dalston environment changes in front of our eyes, documenting the people, places and events that have taken place in this shared universal experience. &nbsp;“A result of recent turmoil: political, societal, and individual. 2020, a painfully transformative year for the collective," states Greentea Peng.&nbsp;"Revolution is a product of this pain and also the anger we’ve been struggling to move through, at the same time it represents the hope conjured. A reminder to remember where the first revolution must take place and also a reminder to be aware of where and what we put our energy and belief into.”

Benn Veasey gives the performance genre&nbsp;a gravity-bending spin with this&nbsp;excellent video for Merthyr&nbsp;Tydfil rock outfit&nbsp;Pretty Vicious.Veasey gets the band to perform their piledriver Are You Entertained? in a very challenging but apt location: inside a centrifugal drum at an amusement park. With the camera at the centre of the contraption, the fourpiece play the song as the drum starts to spin, and they become pinned to it&#39;s walls.The result is completely satisfying, with the band continuing to play whilst battling against the effects of centrifugal forces - and clearly having a blast in the process. And as they were reportedly still spinning from the night before the shoot, that&#39;s all the more impressive.You may feel dizzy, but you will&nbsp;definitely be entertained.

Ahead of the release of his long-awaited new album&nbsp;Heaven Before All Hell Breaks Loose, Ben Drew aka Plan B has released a trio of performance videos directed by Charlie Targett-Adams where the basic format undergo three distinctive visual treatments.Drew&#39;s head-and-shoulders performances of the&nbsp;tracks Queue Jumping,&nbsp;Grateful and Mercy are all treated by Targett-Adams in a distinct way: Queue Jumping is closest to pure photography; in Grateful, Drew is transformed into geometric shapes; and for Mercy, he is delineated as lazer lines.Whatever the visual style, Drew&#39;s big intense personality comes through. A good boy of work ahead of the album by Targett-Adams, who is now individually repped for music videos by Lock It In.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Oscar Hudson&#39;s first full-length video for Radiohead arrives hot on the heels of his video for Young Martha, and it&#39;s another superb setpiece, that considering the name of the song, was just asking to be made.Thom Yorke embarks on one of the most surreal lift rides ever, and in the process taps into our anxiety about and the alienating effects of high-rise living. As with Hudson&#39;s previous work, like Bonobo&#39;s No Reason and <a href="http://www.promonews.tv/videos/2017/09/11/young-thug-carnage-young-martha-ft-meek-mill-homie-oscar-hudson" target="_blank">aforementioned Young Martha video</a>,&nbsp;this is very largely executed&nbsp;in-camera.All the scenes beyond the doors of the elevator&nbsp;are there, for real &ndash; only the lift display and buttons were added in post&nbsp;- <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/BY_H_JCjbqr/" target="_blank">an ingenious piece of design and organisation,</a> and exemplary work by production designer&nbsp;Luke Moran-Morris, art director Mia James and their team. A&nbsp;very satisfying experience.
