Lava La Rue self-directs the video for new track Renegade, channeling iconic Japanese kids Tv in an actual model village.Inspired by 70's Ultraman Taro episodes, Lava premieres their new alter-ego Starface, in an action packed battle between two giant creatures.Equal parts Power Rangers, Star Trek and sleepy English village, the video boasts&nbsp;a mish-mash of otherworldly vignettes, excellently blended together with a stylish sense of whimsy.&nbsp;The hypnotic, psychedelic backdrops and exquisite art direction are the cherry on top of a fresh, exciting concept, and an excellent introduction to Lava's new character.&nbsp;

Rauri Cantelo has created the visual identidy for Rose Gray's debut EP Syncronicity, with two videos including the intoxicating mix of lo-fi thrills and VFX for the title track.&nbsp;Originally coined by psychiatrist Carl Jung in the early 20th century, 'synchronicity' described the philospher's argument&nbsp;that everything in the universe is intimately connected, and that there was a collective unconscious of humankind. Essentially implying that events happening all over the world at any one time must be connected in some unknown way.Cantelo translates this idea into Gray's trip with friends in a car, where reality begins to collide with another dimension, created by using different VFX techniques, including Photogrammetry.&nbsp;&nbsp;[imgtoken data:1] "From early on in the process it was was clear that we were looking to create a film that didn’t conform to traditional chronology," says Cantelo. "It&nbsp;almost needed to be modular and fractured in its structure, a snapshot of a moment that can be broken apart and glued back together in numerous ways to essentially convey a sense of feeling rather than a clear cut narrative. "I wanted the film to look further into shared memories and experiences. After&nbsp;all the track’s name gave us the perfect footing to launch into a world that explores a deeper, almost cerebral connection between a group of people sharing a synchronised moment."By utilising LiDAR and photogrammetry we would then be able to convey a three dimensional connection between these individuals that surpasses the physical world seen on camera.”

New director Tom Dream has delivered some tongue-in-cheek 70s glitz and&nbsp;glamour with this&nbsp;candied&nbsp;performance clip&nbsp;for&nbsp;retro-loving&nbsp;singer&nbsp;Whinnie Williams&#39;s Too Strong.It shows the self-described Daddy&#39;s Girl disarming the audience with an alluring performance&nbsp;on-stage &ndash; and&nbsp;staring&nbsp;down the barrel of the camera lens&nbsp;from a silken, emerald&nbsp;bed &ndash; while an older gent in an Elvis suit (Daddy, presumably)&nbsp;is having a much harder time of it.&nbsp;
