Britt Lower - the rebellious, enigmatic Helly in Apple's TV drama&nbsp;Severance -&nbsp;takes on another challenging role in Allie Avital's video for The Yeah Yeah Yeahs.Lower plays a wife who is constrained by&nbsp;her sterile homelife and&nbsp;monotonous relationship with an uncommunicative husband. But then she sees a blue bird in a tree outside the perfect home - lipsyncing to the song Wolf. And that sparks the ravenous beast inside her.&nbsp;[imgtoken data:1]She walks out of&nbsp;the house and into the wilderness on her doorstep. She loses her demure facade, and she embraces nature.&nbsp;Lower goes feral in the forest, absorbing all its elements in a visceral way. In doing so, she&nbsp;becomes dishevelled, bloodied - but undeterred.Eventually she stumbles&nbsp;into a local bar - where in a Lynchian backroom, Karen O of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs beckons her inside, and to the end-point of her journey.&nbsp;Her return to her house follows, and&nbsp;an encounter with her husband which wordlessly resets the parameters of their&nbsp;relationship.[imgtoken data:2]"Wolf&nbsp;has so much narrative built into the lyrics, and it was such a dream to delve into these themes of hunger, connection, and wildness," says Avital. New York indie pop duo&nbsp;Chairlift have released a&nbsp;touching new&nbsp;video directed by&nbsp;Allie Avital, for&nbsp;Crying In Public.&nbsp;And not unlike the image in&nbsp;Man Ray&#39;s photograph&nbsp;&#39;Larmes (Tears)&#39; shot in 1930, the video focuses on a&nbsp;collection of glassy tears&nbsp;adorning&nbsp;lead singer&nbsp;Caroline Polachek&#39;s&nbsp;face. We follow our heavyhearted singer through the streets of New York&nbsp;as she inspects the natural tears formed by winter&#39;s frost&nbsp;thawing away,&nbsp;while still more tears collect on her face. And although her lyrics suggest that she is sorry for causing a scene, she&nbsp;never&nbsp;wipes the tears&nbsp;away,&nbsp;accepting the&nbsp;feeling of vulnerability without any shame.&nbsp;

Here at Promo News, we&#39;ve been waiting patiently for the release of full uncensored director&#39;s cut of the&nbsp;Vince Staples video for Señorita.&nbsp;Forget the watered-down version on&nbsp;YouTube, because Ian Pons Jewell&#39;s bleak satire on modern America has to be experienced as it was meant to be seen.Shot in an austere&nbsp;black-and-white, the video sets up a bleak, dystopian world in which the inhabitants&nbsp;of an&nbsp;American ghetto are overlooked by gun-toting guards in tall watch towers. The residents are&nbsp;prisoners - as if in a cage - but set out anyway on a dangerous act of defiance.&nbsp;A&nbsp;man recites Future&#39;s hook,&nbsp;holding up a prayer&nbsp;book&nbsp;with the Vince&nbsp;Staples&nbsp;logo embossed, leading a group of marchers who are gunned down one by one...And if this commentary on the state of modern America wasn&#39;t extreme enough, the ending deliveres a final, disturbing blow.&nbsp;
