Dave Meyers directs a high-concept fairytale fantasy for&nbsp;Megan Thee Stallion's team-up&nbsp;Dua Lipa.Based on a concept by Megan Thee Stallion, the video follows two men as they wander into an otherworldly forest, before encountering the artists as you've never seen them before.&nbsp;Dark, sultry and enigmatic, the pair are introduced in the throws of a chaotic abode, which has gyrating legs for doors and a neverending spiral of spiky teeth lining the walls inside.&nbsp;The video only gets more absurd and visually complex from there, and the sheer scale of the concept - and the staggering amount of VFX&nbsp;work - pays off in an explosion of glossy set pieces and first class performances.&nbsp;It's jawdropping work - but that is what we have come to expect from the&nbsp;remarkable Dave Meyers and the brilliant team around him.&nbsp;[imgtoken data:1]

Chris Martin and Selena Gomez are worlds apart in this evocative promo for Let Somebody Go, directed by Dave Meyers.&nbsp;We see the artists in a distorted New York cityscape, surrounded by an environment&nbsp;that steadily&nbsp;contorts into a surrealist dreamworld.&nbsp;Building upon themes of loss and moving on, we see Martin and Gomez tread the same path in seemingly parallel worlds, coming together for a short moment in a freefall, before parting again at the resolution of the video.&nbsp;The distinctive black and white style achieves a balance of French New Wave-era aesthetics and a dizzying display of visual effects prowess, resulting in a visual that is powerful and timeless.&nbsp;

Camila Cabello fights her way out of the studio system in Dave Meyers' rollicking comic history of Hollywood's Golden Age for My Oh My.Opening on the set of a 30s-style gangster film, Cabello plays the damsel in distress one times too many, and flips out when the director calls cut before she gets a chance to show her violent side. Begging with a bunch of suits back at the studio, she takes her career into her own hands when they deny her a role as an action movie heroine.&nbsp;The black and white visual is soaked in the glamour and nostalgia of old Hollywood, paying homage to the time period through everything from high contrast lighting to the Art Deco-inspired set dressing. And the introduction of Dababy keeps the story powering forward, offering Camila a way out of her predicament.DoP Scott Cunningham utilises whip pans and rapid camera movement to keep up the pace and intensity, and the art direction takes us through the decades, building to an explosive climax - in Cinemascope and Technicolor -&nbsp;when Cabello finally gets her way, echoing&nbsp;Kill Bill&nbsp;and other badass female action films&nbsp;we take for granted in contemporary cinema.&nbsp;With plenty of his offbeat humour on-screen, Meyers also appears in a rare cameo as a scriptwriter, rounding off a brilliant cast of no-nonsense, greedy business-types. Cabello is brilliant as always, diving headfirst into the multifaceted role and making the whole thing believable. Magical work from an ambitious creative team.&nbsp;
