Otis Dominique reunites with RAYE, and a worthy successor to the smash-hit tour de force of Escapism - as the singer battles back from seriously toxic masculinity, with the help of US rapper Coi Leray - on a speeding double-decker bus.Since dismantling realism to considerable effect in their last collaboration, the video for Flip A Switch begins in shocking and breathtaking fashion: RAYE's murder at the hands of a brutal gunman, in reverse. She comes back to life, as the bullet flies back from her chest back into the assailant's gun.Then RAYE is venting her frustrations, her trials and tribulations, with a gang of best girlfriends on a London double-decker - with Coi Leray as its driver - which is hurtling through the city in the manner of the (triple-decker) Knight Bus from Harry Potter 3.&nbsp;And it ultimately transpires that RAYE is on her way to an important engagement, neatly mirroring the video's shocking opening.&nbsp;[imgtoken data:1][imgtoken data:2] "Working with RAYE is always such a dope, freeing experience knowing we can push boundaries together and bring the craziest ideas to life," says Otis Dominique. "A mad amount of hard work went into this one by the whole team and I almost became obsessed with getting all the details just right."The film goes in so many directions and has many different layers, so I wanted to make sure the storyline was being interwoven and building the entire time, even in subtle ways. One of the biggest challenges with a project like this is bringing all the jigsaw pieces together to make a bigger picture and I think we did a really solid job with that."I feel like me, RAYE and Mikey (CD) have a sick formula as creatives/homies and I'm looking forward to what we can make in the future. The bar has definitely been set with these last two films!"

Following his directing debut with (pls) set me on fire, Enter Shikari frontman Rou Reynolds directs aits sequel - another&nbsp;strongly conceptual performance video - for It Hurts.From the claustrophobic locked-off shot in his previous outing, Reynolds employs another largely one-take approach, but allows the camera to roam across a large space in which a number of random dramatic vignettes are playing out - all of which have big consequences for the participants.“In typical Shikari fashion, I threw myself in at the deep end with directing, and decided to shoot two videos in one day," explains Reynolds of the making of this and the previous video. “It was an incredibly intense experience, but we had a super-talented, passionate, focused team, and were able to get a great result.“Personally, I found it rewarding to see my ideas brought to life and create a narrative connecting the two videos. I love the attention to detail that directing allowed, and the ability to bring some of the song’s themes to life in more depth.”

Enter Shikari frontman Rou Reynolds makes his video directing debut with this powerful one-take&nbsp;promo for the band's new single, (pls) set me on fire.&nbsp;The video sees the band perform&nbsp;in an effervescent setup towards the back of an industrial location, whilst a vintage TV displays retro graphics and animated lyrics from the track on screen in the foreground.&nbsp;It's a simple yet strikingly effective&nbsp;idea, that showcases the band at their best, and uses clever composition and lighting to keep eyes darting between the two positions on-screen, in a captivating ping-pong match for viewers'&nbsp;attention.[imgtoken data:1]So a lyric video for the track may not be required. But with Reynolds breaking out of the performance near the end, to write in a notebook and then wander distractedly off-screen, suggests there is still more to come. Indeed, that is confirmed by Reynolds himself."I wanted this video - my first foray into directing! - to feel minimal and uncomplicated, but at the same time full of dynamism, and therefore the polar opposite of the next video, which is a&nbsp;bewildering romp through surrealism," he says."So there’s a simplicity here, a willingness to let the raw energy of the performance be the focus, untainted by effects or complex editing. But it&nbsp;should also be mentioned that the main function of this video is really just to set up the next one…"&nbsp;

Elliott Gonzo teams up again with returning rockers Enter Shikari on Bull - the band's collab with rising punk-pop singer Cody Frost - featuring a modern-day Minotaur for modern times. And boy, is he unhappy.Gonzo&nbsp;turns the 'bull in a china shop' in the song into this tragic figure - half-man, half heavily-horned bull - who meets Cody in a London caff. And after a heated argument, all hell breaks loose...Filmed in one of the remaining 'eel and mash' cafés in East London, it is an intriguing scenario to place one of humanity's most enduring mythical creatures - but he seems wholly relevant allegorical figure for our troubled times, and Gonzo mixes the narrative and band performance with characteristic energy and flair.

Elliott Gonzo introduces us to an epic dystopian world in his promo for Italian DJ trio&nbsp;Meduza, featuring James Carter,&nbsp;Elley Duhé and&nbsp;Fast Boy.Set in Vietnam - it was shot in the&nbsp;remains of Ho Thuy Tien Water Park - the video experiments&nbsp;with extreme environments, lighting and shadows to depict a group of marginalised young people who are in search of something better, where a remarkable giant dragon statue becomes the focus for their self-discovery.&nbsp;It offers a fresh&nbsp;perspective on contemporary themes, experimenting with colour and cinematography, via infrared filters,&nbsp;to tell the story.[imgtoken data:1]&nbsp;"It's a coming of age story, following a group of Vietnamese teenagers as they embark on a journey of discovery and self-realisation," says Elliott Gonzo.
