The Rolling Stones make a triumphant return to the world of music video with the help of Francois Rousselet&nbsp;in the&nbsp;high-octane Ride &#39;Em On Down.Starring Kristen Stewart as a lone driver on the beautiful, golden, yet eerily deserted streets of LA, she joyrides a Ford Mustang through a world that seems idyllic at first, until it presents us with bizarre hints that all is not as it seems. Is Stewart joyriding through a post-apocalyptic wasteland? Well that&#39;s up to you to figure out.The whole video was shot on 35mm by Newton Thomas Sigel, ASC. Famed for his work on films like Drive,&nbsp;which certainly came in useful here - creating a golden cinematic landscape with bursts of contrasting blue tearing through the scenery.

Director Elliott Sellers has helmed&nbsp;this massive collaborative effort for artists&nbsp;Imagine Dragons, Lil Wayne, Ty Dolla $ign, Logic, X Ambassadors and&nbsp;Wiz Khalifa, for their track Sucker for Pain, featured on in the upcoming action film&nbsp;Suicide Squad.&nbsp;​Set in similarly&nbsp;dark, ominous&nbsp;locations as the movie&nbsp;-&nbsp;the video sees a sequence of performances from the artists&nbsp;interspersed&nbsp;with clips from the film. Elliott has managed seamlessly&nbsp;integrate the various&nbsp;performances into the gritty, sinister&nbsp;world, with plenty of VFX, pyro and&nbsp;winding camera moves.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Florence has come out the other side of the wreckage. For the&nbsp;final chapter of The Odyssey, the film project created to&nbsp;accompany her album How Big How Blue How Beautiful&nbsp;- and also <a href="http://florenceandthemachine.net/" target="_blank">now available to view in full</a>&nbsp;- Florence and Vincent Haycock have&nbsp;come up with a forward-looking&nbsp;finale.The chapter to accompany Third Eye&nbsp;begins&nbsp;on an image of Florence being carried away from fiery rubble, and this revisits many of the themes from the previous chapters one last&nbsp;time. But Florence is now untethered to the demons that had followed her up till now.&nbsp;The video is just a great closing statement -&nbsp;life-affirming and filled with cheer. It&nbsp;takes place at&nbsp;nighttime&nbsp;on the street&nbsp;in front of a dazzling&nbsp;concert hall,&nbsp;where we follow Florence down&nbsp;into the depths of the&nbsp;basement.&nbsp;There,&nbsp;she&nbsp;gets swarmed by dancers&nbsp;once again, in a scene that&nbsp;is highly reminiscent of What Kind Of Man and Delilah.&nbsp;But quickly the tone quickly turns lively and reverent, and then poignant when&nbsp;Florence is led by a musician&nbsp;back onto the&nbsp;stage.

Soon after, she enters&nbsp;a&nbsp;vortex of religious symbolism,&nbsp;characterised by painterly compositions&nbsp;reminiscent&nbsp;of baroque&nbsp;paintings alongside sequences of&nbsp;what appear to be&nbsp;cult members&nbsp;in&nbsp;writhing prayer.The video mirrors elements we&#39;ve seen previously, such as the&nbsp;confrontational&nbsp;mob,&nbsp;the frenzied dance sequences&nbsp;and doubled&nbsp;Florences.&nbsp;However,&nbsp;Delilah is&nbsp;also full of thrilling and unexpected&nbsp;imagery&nbsp;such as a nightmarish vision&nbsp;of a&nbsp;demon looming over her sleep - inspired by gothic masterpiece <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Nightmare" target="_blank">The Nightmare</a> &ndash;&nbsp;and the unveiling of Florence&#39;s double as someone else, someone who is not really her.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

The promo&nbsp;stars actress Evan Rachel Wood (True Blood, Mildred Pierce and videos by Green Day and Marilyn Manson) alongside, amazingly,&nbsp;Richard Butler of The Psychedelic Furs as the mystical master of the town&#39;s&nbsp;secret coven. From the echo of a lone lighter in the darkness, a monster of dense sound crawls through Grief, the debut track on Earl Sweatshirt&rsquo;s second album&nbsp;I Don&rsquo;t Like Shit, I Don&rsquo;t Go Outside, and its video by Hiro Murai translates eerie sonic textures into equally unsettling images.&lsquo;Ain&rsquo;t been outside in a minute,&rsquo; Earl spits, while the video unfolds as if from the perspective of some nocturnal creature that only sees in negative space. There are no bounds. No borders from which to frame the universe of this video. No way to get your bearings. It just emerges from the thick muck, while the backing sound ploughs ahead, like the hollow sweep of Badalamenti&rsquo;s ambient Twin Peaks score as if Burial had created it.The longer you watch, the more you&rsquo;re unnerved. Sucked in. Unsure if you&rsquo;ll ever make it out. Earl and his crew clearly haven&rsquo;t, stuck in limbo as x-ray video game characters. &lsquo;I&rsquo;ve been livin&rsquo; what I wrote.&rsquo;This is the third outing for Hiro and Earl, who previously collaborated on Chum&nbsp;and Hive, and if anything, this video feels obvious. That is to say, these two are so well matched, much like Hiro&rsquo;s ongoing work with Childish Gambino, that once you start watching, you&rsquo;re immediately struck by the inevitability of it all; it&rsquo;s a perfect visual realisation of what the music calls for. So much that you have to wonder if any other approach could even come close.I Don&rsquo;t Like Shit, I Don&rsquo;t Go Outside drops on March 23, and we can only hope to see Earl and Hiro continue their collaboration with the same brutally haunting momentum as this first release.
