LOOSE directs a fun promo for Fred Again..., celebrating the day that his new album came out.&nbsp;The video is prefaced by a message from the artist, who explains that he put out a call for fans to congregate in Hyde Park in central London&nbsp;with their bikes to celebrate the release of his new project. What ensued was a rather chaotic yet celebratory event.&nbsp;Presented in a mix of vertical and traditional 16:9 videos, the concept makes use of user-generated footage&nbsp;intercut with snapshots of Fred's POV, as the group ride haphazardly around London streets.&nbsp;The spontaneity of the concept and rudimental footage gives the video an organic, truthful feel, and proves that sometimes the simplest ideas can create something super effective.&nbsp;

Sabrina Claudio walks the line between perception and reality in Brian Petchers' neon-soaked video for her breakout hit Rumors, featuring Zayn.Aesthetically reminiscent of sci-fi classics such as Blade Runner and Fifth Element, the dystopian concept unashamedly places style over substance in this video, and it is all the better for it.Claudio is dressed in a pale pink bodysuit throughout, one of several standout wardrobe pieces, perhaps a nod stylistically to Besson's Diva character in the aforementioned sci-fi epic, and also helps to bring in a&nbsp;subtextual 'cam-girl' theme into the video.&nbsp;That's reinforced by the anachronistic use&nbsp;of a vintage video camera&nbsp;in one setup.&nbsp;A scattering of other lo-fi shots ensures the nostalgia trend is very much catered for.The neon-heavy cinematography paired with a careful use of VFX help sell the idea of a futuristic world, and Claudio's&nbsp;confident yet understated performance cements her as an artist to keep an eye out for. That compensates for Zayn's absence - he's subtly represented by one of the cast members.

The city block may not change but Gibbard walks past the characters&nbsp;who inhabited the area over several decades. And as he approaches the present-day, the people become more gentrified, more homogeneous.And much more numerous. Gibbard&#39;s progress is finally stopped by a solid mass of people coming the other way - mostly staring into their phones, of course. It&#39;s a&nbsp;powerful&nbsp;metaphor on the way we live now.&nbsp;
