An audacious&nbsp;promo for Irish rock band Somebody's Child by Adrian Lee and band frontman Cian Godfrey - shot in Waterloo Station in London.&nbsp;The video for Porcelain (Losing All My Patience) begins with a quote from Friedrich Nietzsche: “And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music.” And it might well have been influenced&nbsp;by a famous Fatboy Slim video, as Godfrey picks a very busy public space to plug into his old-school Walkman headphones and start dancing to the track.&nbsp;The video has a breezy, fun vibe, with the viewer's&nbsp;interest divided between Godfrey's performance and the&nbsp;reactions (or studious non-reactions) from the onlooking public. It's experimental but its also cinematic, testing the waters between off-the-cuff and staged. And also a&nbsp;great match to the track - which thankfully, viewers can also hear and dance along to.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Adrian Lee and Palace frontman Leo Wyndham co-direct a powerful promo for Goodnight, Farewell, inspired by a heartbreaking event.&nbsp;The video takes an&nbsp;existential approach to the themes of new album Ultrasound, which revolve around loss, grievance and acceptance.&nbsp;Balancing a sense of abstract surrealism with emotional performances, the video cuts between stock footage and live action to visualise the lyrics of the track, in a tender yet cinematic way. Wyndham's own vocal performance of Goodnight, Farewell in striking exterior locations is counterpointed by a dramatic element with a woman (played by Clara Rugaard) in a dark room, watching in anguish at images of a lost child.Leo Wyndham explains, after his partner suffered a late miscarriage, that "I felt a hollowness and emptiness for a long time when it happened." The film, combining a perspective that's&nbsp;both intimate and universal, aims to reflect that difficult period, and coming through it.&nbsp;“It’s saying goodbye to this life-changing year, saying goodbye to former versions of ourselves and what would have been a child as well.
