The entry deadline for the award categories at the UK Music Video Awards 2025 has now been extended - to next Wednesday, August 6th.

All submissions in 38 categories - ranging from Best Music Video (by music genre) to Technical and Craft Achievement, to Special Projects and Individual and Company awards - must be submitted by the new deadline on August 6th at midnight.

The eligibility deadline has also been extended, so the UKMVAs are also accepting submissions for productions that are completed and commissioner-approved up to the same date of August 6th.  

The new deadline for submissions - Tuesday, August 6th at midnight - is the absolute final deadline. Entry forms must be completed and work uploaded to the UKMVAs platform by that deadline. 

The first round of judging for this year's UKMVAs will commence a few days later, running until the end of August. Second round judging begins in early September with an announcement of nominations in late September.

The UK Music Video Awards ceremony will take place at Magazine London in North Greenwich, on Thursday, October 30th 2025.
