Music Video Preservation Society, the big screen celebration of the artform and pop cultural history of music videos is returning to The Mildmay Club in Stoke Newington, north London on Friday, June 27th.

Following the first meeting of MVPS at The Prince Charles Cinema in the central London earlier this month, the next outing will return to the iconic main hall at The Mildmay Club on Newington Green, where Promonews editor David Knight will present another lovingly curated selection of outstanding music videos, spanning across the decades to the present day. 

You can expect classic and iconic videos, culturally and historically significant pop promos, rarely seen gems and the latest in music video creativity - plus invited guests from the world of music videos talking about their work.   

Both members and non-members of The Mildmay can book tickets now for the special summer 2025 edition of Music Video Preservation Society, on Friday, June 27th, doors opening at 7.30pm.  

One thing is certain - it’s going to be the best possible alternative to being at a certain well-known music and arts festival in the West Country...
