MPC, one of the biggest post production facilities in the world, is sponsoring the Best Director award at the UK Music Video Awards 2016.

It's the second year in succession that MPC, global leaders in VFX for over 25 years, with industry-leading facilities in London, Vancouver, Los Angeles, New York, Bangalore, Montreal, Amsterdam, Shanghai and Paris, has sponsored Best Director, one of the most prestigious awards at the UKMVAs.

MPC is a creative studio that's renowned for adding visual wonder and creative expertise to advertising, movies and music videos. The facility's most recent music promo work has included videos for Wild Beasts' Get My Bang, Nimmo's My Only Friend, Adele's Send My Love, and Massive Attack's Take It There, ft Tricky.

On the announcement of MPC's partnership with the UK Music Video Awards this year, Graham Bird, Global MD of MPC Advertising, said: "We at MPC have always loved working on music videos. They allow for a huge amount of creative freedom and collaboration, particularly with exciting new talent and new technologies.

"Over the years we have used music videos as a platform to experiment and innovate, the award winning U2 VR experience being a great example of this. We are honoured to sponsor the Best Director award at the UKMVAs again this year."
