David Knight - 15th Sept 2010

Votes must be cast by 6pm today UK time. If you are a Jury Member in need of a ballot paper - including longlists of contenders for each award - should contact Louise Stevens on louise@ukmva.com. It has also been announced that shots, the leading showcase for worldwide advertising and music video creativity, is sponsoring The Innovation Award at the MVAs 2010 for the second year running, and is also a media partner of the UK Music Video Awards. The Innovation Award was introduced last year to honour work that extends the definition of music video and the visual promotion of music generally, through innovative and creative use of technology. Danny Edwards, editor of shots magazine says, "shots is proud to sponsor the Best Innovation category once again at the MVAs. "Our primary goal is to bring innovation and creativity to our viewers and readers and the music video industry is an amazing outlet for such work."
