It's the follow-up to the band's naughty, provocative and ever so slightly tongue-in-cheek video for Dancing Cyprine, from last year, where the band replace their instruments with silver-bikinied girls. It's terribly, terribly sexist.

In fact, Alban Penicault, one half of Les Messieurs, is also the drummer of Omaha Bitch - so that's him slapping girls' bottoms repeatedly in Dancing Cyprine - and, for good measure, he's a creative at TBWA in Paris. Some guys, etc...

And OB appears to be a trash-metal creative sideline for a bunch of French admen (which rather puts their British and American counterparts to shame doesn't it- come one, rocking ad creatives, let's be having you...).

And their battling ballerinas clip for Orgasmic Troopers - with the now trademarked leg-lick - is a corker.

Where did the idea of the fighting ballerinas come from From the band. We were looking for a new idea with girls - like Dancing Cyprine. We thought first of a pogo with girls. And then we realized that it should be surprising, amazing with ballerinas.

How much criticism did you get following Dancing Cyprine Did you decide that it was a good idea to make something slightly less controversial... Of course, we had some criticism and some people were shocked. But not so much - which is a shame because we really wanted the prize for the most macho video ;-) . Fortunately, most of people really liked it, girls and boys. And our parents had fun and our grand-mothers had fun, but slightly less.
When we did this video, we wanted that people understood [it wasn't serious]. That's why you can see some rebellion from the girls at the end. It's more or less a story of boys bothering girls. The girls had fun during the video. And we really took care of them. I think. I'm not so sure now.

Did the girls enjoy the fighting - and did it ever actually get close to being proper fighting The girls couldn't wait to kick ass. They were so happy to scratch each other that sometimes you can see them smiling. But like the first video, no girls were hurt ;-) .

And who is your danseur He's a friend of ours. He's really strong and tall. And fat! He plays rugby. One day, he told me that if I need him for something in Omaha Bitch, he would do it. He should never have told me that!
