BUG 07 last week - and tonight with Dougal Wilson
David Knight - 27th May 2008
Last Thursday's BUG at the BFI Southbank was another roaring success - despite some serious problems with sound quality.
Adam Buxton presented some fantastic videos for The Bird And The Bee, Flight Of The Conchords, Food For Animals, Interpol, Pivot, R.E.M., Sebastien Tellier, Sia, Sonny J and more. Plus an Oscar-nominated animation of a 40 year old interview with John Lennon, and three videos by his special guest Dougal Wilson: his most recent (for Goldfrapp), one of his very first videos (for Mydas), and one in between (for Jarvis).

You can find the full running order of videos shown at last Thursday's BUG here, where you can also download a pdf of the programme notes. And we'll be highlighting videos featured at BUG 07 here over the next few days. Dougal's BUG show is sold out, but if you haven't got a ticket it might be worth checking the BFI this afternoon for possible returns. And if they haven't sorted out the sound system by now I'm going to shoot somebody.
