Experimenting with lo-fi formats, night-vision and unusual perspectives, driven by a kinetic edit, the director sends Laurél through the forest, accompanied by wolves, towards a haunting climax.The disorientating quality of the setting and frantic energy of Laurél's performance finally leads to a transcendental moment when a glowing light offers a brief encounter with a lost love.
