Melody Maker explores freedom and restrictions in her hallucinatory promo for Greentea Peng. Locked inside an apartment building, we see the artists isolated from the world outside, unable to connect with anything outside of the four walls that encase them. The hazy cinematography blurs into a surrealist dreamworld, as the artists appear as giant döppelgängers, staring at their true selves through the window glass as if they were experimental guinea pigs. It's a clever commentary on the extended period of time we have been trapped away from each other, and the ongoing severance of our natural ties to the world and our true purpose.
