Stockholm-based collective Swim Club direct their second video for DJ Suzy - and following the atmospheric Wings, it's a deliciously spooky sequel.Shot on 16mm film, the video merges the aesthetics of 60's Giallo cinema with early Noughties blockbuster humour, creating a vibe that is wonderfully surreal and offbeat. And at the centre of the concept is DJ Suzy's bewitching performance.DoP Joel Hördegård's cinematography is also truly noteworthy, with a marvellous palette of bold primary colours and cinematic camera movement throughout, while Suzy moves through the haunting vignettes with a celestial, supernatural presence.A standout visual that builds upon the aesthetic created in the first video.

Gustav Johansson directs a lovely video for Girl In Red, following the Norwegian artist's breakout video for We Fell In Love in October by moving the action forward twenty years, examining how relationships can linger with us long after they've ended.Clocking in at just over eight minutes in length, Johansson's video for October Passed Me By is presented as a short film, which gives viewers the chance to feel the tension between the main character and her current lover (played by Lisa Loven Kongsli and Ruth Vega Fernandez), whilst she reflects and yearns for snapshots of lost memories. Breathtakingly shot by DoP Niklas Johansson, the video feels intimate and realistic, and is backdropped by stunning Oslo landscapes throughout. Great work.

Caroline Hajny continues Michael Aldag's story from the recent video for Bleak, in this poignant promo for Okay. Picking up directly from the end of the first concept - which sees Aldag jump into a swimming pool fully dressed - we see the artist emerge with a new lease on life. Aldag runs through the city, drying off as he heads somewhere unknown, and the aesthetic becomes more vibrant and lively, cutting between the past and present videos to show the contrast. Completing the emotional arc of the story, and offering a brilliant rooftop performance at the end, it's a remarkable piece of work that stands on its own and as part of a whole.

Gabriella Kingsley follows up recent ArrDee collaboration Come And Go with a cinematic promo for Early Hours. The video is the second chapter of a two-part narrative for the artist's debut mixtape release, Pier Pressure, and spans a handful of intimate vignettes of the pair enjoying each other's company. Kingsley showcases a more raw and vulnerable side of ArrDee, which his audience haven't seen before, and the use of subtle time-bending effects creates a dreamlike vibe which matches the themes of new love and romantic connection.

Continuing their longstanding collaboration with Noel Gallagher, Dan Cadan and Jonathan 'Scully' Mowatt continue where they left off in the previous promo We're On Our Way Now , exploring the lives of lovers in a nouvelle vague-flavoured London, played by Matt Smith and Gala Gordon.Flying On The Ground builds upon the enigmatic narrative of the previous video, with plenty of improvised scenes and visual nods to French-wave films A Bout De Souffle and Bande A Part. Whether or not viewers are familiar with the French new wave is less important than the compelling performances and suggestion of a plot combine to create something absorbing to watch. And certainly Noel Gallagher's cameo role in the film becoming more significant - particularly in the fate of the Matt Smith character.

Almost three years down the road from their brilliant, myth-making origin story in Guilt Trip, PUP are back with longtime collaborator Jeremy Schaulin-Rioux and the original cast for a continuation of the story.With Finn Wolfhard gaining a considerable level of fame since the Guilt Trip video (in case you've been living under a rock, he has a major part in Netflix smash hit Stranger Things) so you'd be forgiven for thinking this sequel was just capitalising on his popularity. The truth is that the cast, director, and band are clearly just enthusiastic about making great videos, as Wolfhard himself pointed out in an interview with Vulture.This clip explores the life of young PUP as they tour the country, pick up a companion along the way. It turns out to be a heartbreaking ode to the pets that the band have loved and lost - an almost universal feeling, tugging at your heartstrings.
