Michael Upson's latest video for indie outfit Home Counties sees the band as harrassed office drones, bullied by their boss to take their office life to a trip to the seaside. The video for Exactly As It Seems - the title track from the London-based band's just-released debut album - explores the blurring of lines between work and personal life, as the scary boss attempts to indoctrinate the group into his 'always at work' philosophy, through a manic flipchart presentation - before they are sent to do their mundane jobs on a windswept beach. Boasting eccentric performances and a cleverly contained concept, it's a change-up in wackiness from Upson's previous Home Counties videos for Bethnal Green and Uptight, and a strong match to the upbeat track.
