Thomas Davis directs a last hurrah for Soft Play - and what a way to go out. The video for Everything and Nothing is a feverish monochromatic vision, shot on 16mm in the band's hometown of Tunbridge Wells. The track was written about a friend of Soft Play's Isaac and Laurie who passed away in 2020, and the video ponders this theme, gathering their nearest and dearest in a local partk to remember their mate, Bailey Churchill. A change of pace, to match the folky arrangement of the track, but just as impressive as the other collabs between Davis and the boys.
