A love story blossoms in the most unlikely of locations, in Fred Rowson's playful promo for Mae Muller. The video for I Just Came To Dance plays out like a Gucci shoot on a golf course, with a bit of The Virgin Suicides thrown in for good measure, and sees Mae attract the attention of a golfing guy with gorgeous looks but a flatlining personality.Mae can’t decide whether she wants to get with him or kill him. So, instead, she toys with him.Conceptually opposite to the lyrics of the track - you are definitely not meant to be busting moves in the middle of a golf course, but that doesn't stop Muller and friends - the video is imbued with director Fred Rowson's comedic, slightly surreal style, and it will keep viewers on their toes throughout.

Jay Green directs a fun yet gritty lo-fi promo for Izzi De-Rosa, about the ups and downs of her relationship with a less-than-perfect boyfriend. From the POV of the artist's love interest, we see the pair run through London, hitting up the corner shop, the club and finally back home in the bedroom. With heavy saturated colours, dynamic camerawork and guerilla-style locations, it's a quick and dirty visual that perfectly fits the theme of the track.

Carpetgarden goes on a date with a big pink alien - to the horror of an observing lady clown - in Erin S Murray's absurd promo for Da Da Song.The video starts off relatively normally, with a bit of performance out in the sunshine, until the alien love interest comes over and changes everything...Things soon launch into a no-holds-barred assault on the senses, with a steadily distorting track and AI-imbued graphical kaleidoscope of imagery. Let this be a warning to any alien lovers out there.

Dir. Lx directs a breezy promo for Knucks ft Ragz Originale. Interspersed with frenetic cutaways of city streets and snapshots of a romantic narrative, the slick visuals match the upbeat pace of the track, and visualise the themes in an engaging way. Cutting between high contrast black and white, and warm-toned colour palettes, the aesthetic is glossy yet intimate, and perfectly fits the concept.

Zac Hurst falls for the wrong one, in Anton Califano's reflective promo for Falling In Love On My Own.Starring TikTok star Shan Wills, the video sees Hurst trying to connect with his love interest without any kind of reciprocation.Using colour as the main visual thread, the artist is shown in black and white whilst Wills is in colour, representing the division between them and inability to blend in a relationship.

Jake Karno directs an enigmatic, red-hued promo for Chloe Castro. In a minimalistic studio setup, we see the artist perform to camera, as a mysterious love interest flickers in and out of the footage.It's a simple, understated concept which perfectly encapsulates the themes of the track.

Luis Hindman directs a dazzling performance promo for Ten Tonnes. Stylistically riffing off the artwork for the track with in-camera effects, the video for Cracks Between tells the story of a breakup, through the use of minimalist sets and understated art direction. The artist - real name Ethan Barnett - takes centre-stage with a love interest who often replaces the performance and mirrors Barnett's movements, but never turns up on-screen at the same time as him.This cat-and-mouse style chase makes for a dynamic visual, and the inspired use of cut-out shapes in front of the lens frames the video in an interesting and fresh way.
