Silva.The video for Growing Apart sees Jaxxon navigate city streets and idyllic parks, in a full White Zombie-style makeup in total contrast with his surroundings. This deadpan, outsider performance gives the visual an offbeat anchor, expanding into mini vignettes that fit the mood of the track. Until Jaxxon has to rip the rubber-like makeup from his face. Longden describes the project - shot on a Bolex 16mm camera - as "a delusional allegiance of imbecilic geniuses and a concoction of ludicrous ideas. There we have it, dearest comrades.”
