Adam Parker directs a cyberpunk-inspired promo for French death metal outfit Dagoba. In the middle of a futuristic mega-city, we see lead character Lupin - played by Jason Kwan - racing to face his past in the form of ex-lover Luna, a backstreet dive bar dancer. It's a big concept with ambitious visuals to match - including plenty of VFX and SFX makeup. Barker's neon-drenched cityscape is a triumph in itself, and the video will leave viewers wanting more from the awe-inspiring universe.

A video game becomes a twisted virtual nightmare in Conall O'Brien Y2K cyberpunk-themed promo for Pèpè Elle and Bailey Ibbs.In a distorted otherworld full of sinister adversaries, we follow a protagonist entrapped in a nightmare realm, fighting his way to freedom. The minacious visual is layered with abstract textures and elements which blur the line between reality and fiction, amalgamating in several chaotic yet absorbing set pieces.

Erlendur Sveinsson directs a dark, futuristic visual for Icelandic artist Aron Can. In the extended video for tracks Flýg Upp and Varlega, we are introduced to a corrupt world where we meet two wanted fugitives, in possession of a mysterious black cube. The cyberpunk narrative is inspired by the Blade Runner universe, and features a high-concept, high-tech aesthetic, and glitchy, action-packed set pieces. DoP Andri Haraldsson intermixes lo-fi scenes with a contemporary teal and orange colour palette, creating a forward thinking, sci-fi inspired style.
