Set against a blank industrial setting, the flurry of activity brings life to the environment, representing a new beginning in a world that is uprooted by change in every moment. It's a welcome return to Dave Jakes's brand of rock, joined by guitarist Jack Wrench in what promises to be the start of something very special.

The latest in Willie J Healey and Joe Wheatley's marvellous series of collaborations this year - including the UKMVA-nominated True Stereo - sees Willie head to the gym for an energetic workout, with a squad of feisty ballerinas.Like an indie version of Taylor Swift in Shake It Off, Willie is a fish out of water among more elegant associates to start with - but eventually the ballerinas come around to his way of moving. It's a suitably uplifting end to the visual campaign around his superb Twin Heavy album. And as with the video for Fashun, director Wheatley has a cameo in the video - in a dramatised account of how they came up with the idea for this one...
