Jim Longden directs a charming and well choreographed one-shot video for Them & I, the indie-filk project of Australian singer-songwiter Jake Edwards.

With just a few days to create the shoot. Jim decided to venture into the risky scenario of shooting a one-shot on 16mm and with only enough film stock to complete 8 takes. It's also theatrical, with scene changes occuring 'on stage' as props and extras move in and out of the scene.

And luckily they did it perfectly on the eighth take.
