Kjartan Logi Sigurjónsson is a man with a phobia of stairs - with good reason - in Snæfríður Sól Gunnarssdóttir's goofy video for Icelandic indie band Flesh Machine.

The video for Taking My Time is essentially a showcase for comedy stuntman Sigurjónsson's remarkable special skill - as a stair-faller. And he does exactly that, again and again, down all manner of steps and stairs.

It's a sort of modern music video throwback to the physical comedy of the era of silent movies - with added facial expressions that makes Sigurjónsson a very endearing figure through his painful pratfalls.

Very silly and huge fun - and a fine sequel to Gunnarssdóttir's equally daft video for Problems, a couple of years ago, for the Reykjavík band.
