Nikita Popkov's stirring promo for Box Car takes the form of a short visual trip, which explores secret rendezvous and memories of past love, adapted from a story by Olivia Van Rye & Americo Garcia.

Matching the breathless pace of the electronic soundscapes, the video combines a futuristic, enigmatic aesthetic with sensational post effects and vibrant cinematography (also by Popkov, doubling up as director and DoP). 

Part music video and part abstract short film, the visual is completely engrossing. The focus on colour, composition and character ensure this will linger in viewers' minds for some time to come.
