Director duos The Rest and UNCANNY team up for an 'exercise in patience and self reflection' in the video for slowthai's Selfish. 

The video sees the artist trapped in a glass box, with nothing but paint, paper and his own reflection as company. 

Swapping out his often-cheeky persona for a much darker, introspective side of his character, the video is full of angst, fear and confusion, which is mirrored by the bubbling tension and explosive release in the cinematography. 

Opening with a slow, contained tracking shot to establish the environment, the camera soon launches into a frantic sprint from side to side, enveloping the mayhem that is unleashed on the inside of the box.
